I don't know what your specific triggers are if you have them or have firsthand knowledge of many kinds of circumstances that may cause people to find certain elements upsetting or triggering, so this is obviously an incomplete list, but I'm doing my best. Read at your own risk. "Backstory" means things that happened before the story starts and aren't described in much detail. If they are described in detail (ie: a flashback), then they won't be labeled "backstory" even if they technically happened prior to the beginning of the story.
